South Plains Leatherfest is thrilled to welcome the Crossroads Annex of the Carter Johnson Library and Collection to SPLF 2025!
The Carter/Johnson Library & Collection is a collective history of various communities who have chosen to live and love differently. As the only library of its kind, it is our mission to create an interactive relationship with the stories from the past and the present and link them to future generations. The Library collection includes thousands of leather, fetish, S/m, kink and alternate sexuality books, magazines, posters, art, newspapers, ephemera and memorabilia dating back to the 1700’s. The Carter/Johnson Library is designed to put people in touch with their history by allowing them to hold it, read it, smell it and know it.

Thursday evening we open the weekend with Debauchery Dinner and Show. As you enjoy a wonderful meal we'll entertain you with hot performances and the infamous SPLF STRUT. If you like dressing up, come in your best. If you don’t, wear whatever you are comfortable in. Sit back for a hot sexy show with drag, burlesque, and plenty to make you squirm in your seat.
NLA Dallas has been the host of our SPLF Welcome Party on Thursday night for many years! Please join NLA Dallas again this year as they open the Hospitality Suite with the SPLF Welcome Party! Catch up with old friends, meet new one's and enjoy the view with our friends from NLA Dallas!
Come join us as we celebrate SPLF with a dance party featuring DJ “Daddy” Zulu! Join us as he takes us on a journey of dance classics heard at Leather Bars throughout the past few decades. Shake your tail feathers and start this celebration off right! Dress fabulously or casually just be ready to let go of your inhibitions. There is no "dance floor" dress code. Come have all the fun you can stand and have a blast at the opening dance party!!
Join us at lunch on Friday as we thank and celebrate our outgoing International Master slave and International Person of Leather Titleholders. Following a delicious meal we will share together, we'll watch their step-down videos and listen to their message during their speeches. Please join us in showing our gratitude to our titleholders for a year of representation in our community.
Friday evening is the opening of the International Master slave and International Person of Leather Contests. We'll intermix the contestant's speeches with performances to entertain you!
Share a meal with your SPLF friends and family on Saturday afternoon while watching Tomo interview our keynote speaker. We promise to dish the dirt as our keynote takes the Hot Seat! This event is also a fundraiser for the IM/s IPOL Travel Fund. The Hot Seat Café tables are available for sponsorships and the money raised through the sponsored tables goes directly into the IM/s IPOL Travel Fund. Begin your wind-down on Sunday morning by joining us for a lovely brunch followed by a Keynote Speech given by a leader of our community: Sir Andrew. Come for the inspiration, come to enjoy a meal with your people or come for the coffee – but don’t miss this opportunity to be together before we start thinking about heading home with memories of our amazing weekend.
South Plains Leatherfest is the home of the International Master/slave Contest. During the day on Friday you are invited to attend the contestant interviews followed by teaching presentations Saturday. Saturday evening, don’t miss the contest finale where you’ll find out who will be the new International Master/slave titleholders!
South Plains Leatherfest is the home of the International Person of Leather Contest. On Saturday afternoon, Contestant Interviews are open to all attendees. The contest opens Friday evening with the speech category and Saturday evening is the contest finale where you’ll find out who will be the new International Person of Leather!
