We will be discussing how we approach negotiating aftercare, what are some of our most vital aftercare needs, and things that can affect what we want in aftercare. Bottoms and tops are both encouraged to share their needs. Ivory Mistress Jae will moderate the discussion and invites you to share your personal experiences to further our collective knowledge on aftercare. Which common denominators between BDSM practice and spiritual belief can be found, and how should we interpret the parallels. The Lone Star boys of Leather is hosting a submissives' roundtable. All submissives are welcome regardless of gender or submissive role. Join us to discuss types of submission, how we serve ourselves, our dominant and our communities. Dominants are welcome to attend as observers but the submissives have the right to speak freely and this will be respected. Participants will keep the contents of a meeting private.
Kink conferences can be challenging for folks recovering from eating disorders. We’re off of our routines and around foods we have less control over (which can be overwhelming!) These factors can be triggering and lead to relapse. With this event I hope other kinky folks in recovery can come together, discuss these issues, and offer support/solutions so that we can enjoy the conference while being mindful of our recovery.
